Lee Qualk Dazzles in California Victory
Starting off the list is California's Lee Qualk, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Qualk rushed for 246 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 8.2 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 149 rushing yards dating back to last season.
If the past is any indication, Qualk could be in store for another big game when he takes on Bethlehem Center on Friday. Qualk rushed for 103 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries the last time he and the Bulldogs duked it out back in October of 2023.

Houston Guesman was instrumental in extending Jefferson-Morgan's winning streak to eight on Friday. Nobody could stop Guesman as he rushed for 97 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries, and also threw for 253 yards and three touchdowns while completing 72.7% of his passes.
Jefferson-Morgan pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. Guesman and Jefferson-Morgan are taking a road trip to face off against Avella at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

While Bentworth might've come up empty on Friday, Ben Hays wasn't going down without a fight. Hays was dynamite, rushing for 195 yards and two touchdowns.
