Despite the defeat, Hardee saw an underclassman step up: Tylia Graham scored 12 points along with nine steals and seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Danaelle Pierre, who scored four points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
Hardee's loss was their fifth straight at home, which bumped their record down to 3-12. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 22.2 points per game.
