Cienega was handed a 11-run loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Tuesday. They skirted past the Empire Ravens 6-5. The Bobcats haven't had any issues with the Ravens recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Cienega got a great performance from ZAK VASQUEZ as he struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits.

On the hitting side, LIAM SCHMIDT was excellent, going 2-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. That run marked the first that he scored this season. The team also got some help courtesy of NANO LOPEZ, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Cienega's record is now 2-3. As for Empire, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.

Cienega didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 9-8 victory against Mica Mountain on the 12th. As for Empire, they have also already played their next contest, a 4-3 defeat against Flagstaff on the 11th.
