Timberline will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Potlatch at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Timberline had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They were completely outmatched, falling 6-66 to Mullan/St. Regis MT.
Meanwhile, Potlatch took care of business in their home opener. They took their contest against Deary last Friday 26-12.
Potlatch's win lifted them to 1-0 while Timberline's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Potlatch can add another positive mark to their record or if Timberline can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Potlatch's step.
