North Central dropped their record down to 19-10 on Saturday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They lost 6-0 to the Evansville North Huskies. The shutout was out of character for the Panthers seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in May.

As for Evansville North, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-8 record this season. The result was nothing new for Evansville North, who have now won ten contests by six runs or more so far this season.

For Evansville North's part, not much got past Conner Watson, who gave up just a hit and racked up seven Ks to keep North Central off the board. Watson has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks in 14 consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Griffin Hall was incredible, going 1-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Aiden Vaught, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI.

As of now, neither North Central nor Evansville North have any future games scheduled.
