Follett has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will face off against the Miami Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Follett focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 23 on Friday.
Last Friday, Follett was able to grind out a solid win over Lefors, taking the game 46-35. The team accrued 35 points in the first half and coasted on those for the win.
Reyna Rosales continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 15 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last eight times she's played. Another player making a difference was Kimber Wheatley, who scored eight points along with five rebounds.
Meanwhile, Miami scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They blew past Hedley 57-29 on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Miami has managed all season.
Follett now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Miami, the win also got them back to even at 6-6.
Follett came out on top in a nail-biter against Miami in their previous meeting last Friday, sneaking past 43-40. Does Follett have another victory up their sleeve, or will Miami turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
