After losing to Woodside the last time they met, Lake Taylor decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Lake Taylor Titans secured a 48-42 W over the Woodside Wolverines on Monday. The win was familiar territory for the Titans who have now won three matches in a row.

Lake Taylor has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Woodside, they moved to 11-4 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Lake Taylor and Woodside should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Virginia Rankings. Lake Taylor will face off against Booker T. Washington at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday up 205 places (83 vs. 288). Similarly, Woodside (ranked 81st) will meet Denbigh (ranked 372nd) at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
