Gresham was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They lost  3-0 to the Sandy Pioneers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pioneers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  2-0  back in August.
Gresham's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Sandy, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record  this season.
 We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Gresham is set to  take on  their familiar foe Clackamas  at 6:30  p.m.  on Monday. Meanwhile, Sandy will  square off against  rival Barlow  at 6:30  p.m.  on Monday.
