The Fort Lauderdale Flying L can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent game on Thursday. They breezed by Stranahan on the road to the tune of 62-2. While fans of Fort Lauderdale might be used to big wins, the 60-point margin marked the team's biggest victory yet this season.
Fort Lauderdale's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Azaziah Evans-Blake, who scored 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ke'shell Gilbert, who scored 13 points.
Fort Lauderdale's victory ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-10. As for Stranahan, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.
Fort Lauderdale will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against the Cobras at 6:00 p.m. on February 5th. Hopefully Boyd Anderson focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 27 last Tuesday. Stranahan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
