Redan had to hit the road for their first game, and unfortunately the road hit them back. On Friday, they were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap, as they fell 12-18 to Miller Grove. This was the first contest for both squads, starting Redan off on the wrong foot at 0-1, while giving Miller Grove a 1-0 record.
Next week, Redan take on Lithonia at Godfrey Stadium at 7:30 PM. As for Miller Grove, they will face off against Decatur.
