The Westside Patriots stacked a 13th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Glenn Hills 103-38 at home. The victory was familiar territory for Westside who now have nine in a row.
Westside's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but JaMarcus Crawford led the charge by scoring 14 points along with five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Crawford has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Keori Atwell, who scored nine points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Westside's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 90.0 points per game. As for Glenn Hills, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-19.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Westside's homestand continues as they prepare to take on the Golden Hawks at 7:30 p.m. on February 2nd. Washington County is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 60.2 points per game this season. As for Glenn Hills, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the War Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Putnam County presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Spartans in Georgia (the War Eagles are ranked 146th, while the Spartans are ranked 487th).
