The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Sidney in their matchups with Tippecanoe: they've now lost four in a row.
Meanwhile, Greenville's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their sixth straight loss. They fell 47-40 to Piqua.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Drew Hamilton, who scored 13 points along with two steals. Another player making a difference was Chace Drew, who scored seven points along with ten rebounds.
Sidney's loss dropped their record down to 14-7. As for Greenville, their defeat was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-18.
Sidney strolled past Greenville in their previous matchup back in January by a score of 56-41. Will Sidney repeat their success, or does Greenville have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
