Basketball Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Denton's Third in Last Four Outings

Grapevine came into Tuesday's contest looking for another win against Denton, but Ethan Sheats wouldn't allow it. The Denton Broncos came out on top against the Grapevine Mustangs by a score of 54-47 on Tuesday thanks in part to Sheats, who posted 30 points. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

Denton is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-12 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.5 points per game. As for Grapevine, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-17.
