Bloomfield's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Caruthersville Tigers 10-9. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-0 last Saturday.

Bloomfield pushed their record up to 5-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Caruthersville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Bloomfield didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 5-1 win against Bell City on the 28th. As for Caruthersville, they will face off against New Madrid County Central at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The matchup will give Caruthersville their first taste of in-conference action this season.
