University Prep has not had much luck with Riverside Prep recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Raoul Churchill continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Riverside Prep, scoring 41 points along with two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Keion Jordan, who scored 18 points along with nine rebounds and five steals.
University Prep dropped their record down to 0-16 with that defeat, which was their 14th straight at home. As for Riverside Prep, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-14.
University Prep will head out on the road to face off against Big Bear at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Big Bear presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than University Prep in California (Big Bear is ranked 721st, while University Prep is ranked 1449th). As for Riverside Prep, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Hesperia Christian at 7:30 p.m. Hopefully Hesperia Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 30 on Wednesday.
