It was a good run, but Sabis International unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Friday. They came up short against the Granby Rams, falling 9-2. The Bulldogs were red-hot at the plate heading into the match (they scored no less than ten runs in the six games prior), but the Rams' pitchers proved too tough.

Sabis International's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Granby, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sabis International will take on Westfield Technical Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Granby, they will host Wahconah Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
