With a playoff game on the line, Branham rose to the challenge  on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Gunn Titans as they made off with  a  13-2 victory. Considering Branham has won ten matches by more than six  runs this season, Saturday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Branham got a  massive  performance out of  Abigail Fales, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances.  Ella Moser was another key contributor,  going 3-for-3 with four  RBI.
 On Gunn's side, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Lauryn Selvaraj, who  went 2-for-3 with a  triple and a  run.
 Branham is  on a roll lately: they've  won 12 of their last 15 contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 19-9 record  this season. As for Gunn, their defeat  ended  a  13-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 23-2.
 Branham will be staying on the road  on Thursday to face off against Monterey at 7:00  p.m. Monterey will roll in looking for their  fifth straight  win, something Branham surely won't give up without a fight. Gunn does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
