Preston Baker was a one-man wrecking crew for Breese Central as he threw for 347 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 16.5 yards per attempt. Another player making a difference was Griffen Becker, who picked up 205 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Breese Central's victory was their fifth straight at home (dating back to last season), bumping their overall record up to 7-2. As for Herrin, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.
