The Frontier Falcons pushed their score all the way to 61 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 73-61 to Clinton Prairie. Frontier has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Clinton Prairie can attribute much of their success to Abbey Swan, who scored 16 points along with five rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Emma Nash, who scored six points along with three steals.
Frontier's defeat dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Clinton Prairie, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-16.
Frontier will head out on the road to face off against North White at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully North White focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 23 two weeks ago. Clinton Prairie on the road again on Tuesday and play against Covington at 7:30 p.m. on January 30th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Indiana (Covington is ranked 320th, while Clinton Prairie is ranked 314th).
