It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Sullivan Redskins had no problem doing just that on Monday. They strolled past the Knights with points to spare, taking the game 44-28. Winning may never get old, but Sullivan sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond's loss came despite strong showings from Sophie Monts and Claire Seal. Monts scored 11 points, while Seal scored six points along with ten rebounds. Seal is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down nine or more in the last ten games she's played.
Sullivan's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-11. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.1 points per game. As for Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-13.
