The Pike Valley Panthers lost against the Osborne Bulldogs back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Pike Valley had to suffer through a rough 60-26 loss at the hands of Osborne. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Pike Valley has scored all season.
Despite the loss, Pike Valley still got an impressive performance from Reese Douglas, who scored ten points along with two steals and two blocks.
Pike Valley's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-7. As for Osborne, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 12-2.
Pike Valley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 45-35 win vs. Natoma on the 9th. Osborne will be playing at home against Sylvan-Lucas on Tuesday. Osborne is coming into the game with 17 straight victories at home, so Sylvan-Lucas is out to stop a team with plenty of momentum.
