The Hancock Panthers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their third straight loss. They took a serious blow against Fannett Metal, falling 70-43.
Despite the loss, Hancock still got an impressive performance from Isaiah Demory, who scored 13 points along with four steals. Another player making a difference was Hayden McCarty, who scored six points.
Hancock dropped their record down to 3-14 with that loss, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Fannett Metal, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season.
Hancock didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 59-58 win vs. Faith Christian Academy on the 8th. Fannett Metal has also already played their next match, a 47-39 victory against Forbes Road on the 9th.
