Stanberry added to the longest winning streak in 275 (8 Man) this week by beating Nodaway-Holt, 67-28. The victory was the 10th in a row for the team.
Mound City took down South Nodaway 84-16 last week, the largest margin of any game.
The most important game in the league this week will be the match up between the Panthers and Stanberry. Mound City enters the contest ranked third in the state, while the Bulldogs ranks first.
Two of the top teams in the league will go toe-to-toe this week when Brian Messer's team takes on Stanberry. The Panthers' offense has racked up 476 points this season, earning them the top spot in the league, while the Bulldogs have allowed only 163 on the year.
Worth County/Northeast Nodaway made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 566 from 687. The improvement was largely due to a 42-24 victory over Tarkio last week.
