Russellville Gets a Boost from Phinizee in 44-13 Win
Cameron Phinizee's rushing tear continued on Friday as he dropped his 20th-straight game with 105+ rushing yards dating back to last season. He rushed for 196 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also picked up 35 receiving yards. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 82-yard run.
Unfortunately for West Point, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Phinizee. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Phinizee saw the Warriors), he rushed for 230 yards and five touchdowns on only 11 carries.

Jake Harper and Co. Win Seventh in a Row
Jake Harper's big game helped extend Fairview's winning streak to seven on Friday. Sardis had no answer to Harper as he rushed for 251 yards on only 13 carries. Harper's rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 121 rushing yards.
Fairview pushed their record up to 7-0 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Harper and Fairview will stay at home for another week and welcome East Limestone at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Ollie Howell Turns in Season-Best Performance
West Point came up short on Friday despite Ollie Howell delivering his best game to date. Howell rushed for 187 yards while picking up 9.8 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 59 yards.
For the year, Howell has averaged 87.8 rushing yards per game.

Tarus Davis Delivers Best Effort of Season
Russellville was led to victory by Tarus Davis, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Davis rushed for 91 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries.
