On the hitting side, Jonah Campbell was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run and two runs. North Brunswick is undefeated when Campbell posts two or more runs, but 3-7 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Fisher Goodwin, who scored two runs while going 3-for-4.
North Brunswick kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Ashley only managed three hits.
North Brunswick's win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-7. As for Ashley, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 13-1.
