The Staples Wreckers will face off against the Warde Mustangs at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one:  the two teams posted some lofty  point totals in their previous games.

 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Staples to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Mason Tobias, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 14 points and nine  rebounds. The dominant performance also gave  Tobias a new career-high in  assists (seven). Another player making a difference was  Sam Clachko, who  posted 14  points in addition to eight  boards and five  assists.
 Meanwhile,  there's no place like home for Warde, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  back in December of 2024. They strolled past St. Joseph with  points to spare on January 3rd, taking the game  78-62.
 Staples' victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Warde,  the  win  got them back to even at 1-1.
 Staples beat Warde 72-59  in their previous matchup  back in February of 2024. Will Staples repeat their success,  or does  Warde have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
