The Trenton Tigers will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Celeste Blue Devils at 6:30 p.m. Trenton has now lost 13 straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 2.
Last Friday, Trenton was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 35-29 to the Tomcats. Trenton has not had much luck with the Tomcats recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Meanwhile, Celeste came up short against the Tigers on Friday and fell 39-26. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Celeste has scored all season.
Trenton dropped their record down to 7-17 with that loss, which was their seventh straight on the road. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 22.6 points per game. As for Celeste, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 19-12 record this season.
Trenton came up short against the Blue Devils when the teams last played back in January, falling 35-22. Will Trenton have more luck at home instead of on the road? Come back here after the game to get an analysis of the match and other basketball content.
