Robert Roberts made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over 4.1 innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in May of 2024. He was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his six plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. He is becoming a predictor of Wright's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 4-9 when he doesn't).
In other batting news, Parker Osterman was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, four stolen bases, and five runs. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (four).
