The Redmond Panthers will challenge the St. Helens Lions at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. St. Helens took a loss in their last  match and will be looking to turn the tables on Redmond, who comes in off a win.
 Redmond took a loss when they played away from home  last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed  on Friday. They breezed by Southridge at home  to the tune of  36-0.
 Redmond had a senior duo take command as  Eli Pupo rushed for 165 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries and  Jack Snyder rushed for 80 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries.
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Redmond was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 315  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've posted since back in September of 2023.
 On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Redmond's defense and their four sacks. In that department,  Wyatt Bigelow was the leader with two.
 Meanwhile, St. Helens was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight  loss  dating back to last season. They lost  34-13 to Parkrose. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  defeat the Lions have suffered  against the Broncos since September 5, 2014.
 Redmond's first  win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for St. Helens, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
 Everything came up roses for Redmond against St. Helens when the teams last played  back in September of 2019 as the  squad secured  a  44-7 victory. Will Redmond repeat their success,  or does  St. Helens have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
