The Innovation Bulls will be taking part in a tournament against the Lake Buena Vista Vipers at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Innovation will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
Innovation proved they can win big on Friday (they won by ten) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-4 victory over Edgewater.

Luis Rodriguez was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three doubles, one stolen base, and two RBI. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played. Nyran Jeter was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Lake Buena Vista, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Wekiva a 10-0 shutout on Monday. Considering the Vipers have won three contests by more than nine runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.
Logan Ekthuvapranee made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out eight over five innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Lake Buena Vista is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 2-5 otherwise. Ekthuvapranee was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024.
In other batting news, Luis Ramos and Jason Perez did most of the damage at the plate: Ramos scored three runs while going 3-for-4, while Perez scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 3-for-3. Perez is becoming a predictor of Lake Buena Vista's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 2-1 (and 2-5 when he doesn't). Another player making a difference was Dixson Gil, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-4.
Lake Buena Vista always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .576. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.
Lake Buena Vista has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.8 runs over those games. Innovation's win bumped their record up to 5-1.
