MAST Academy had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Northwestern Bulls as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Makos, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

MAST Academy's got stronger as the match went on, holding Northwestern to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-20, 25-11.

MAST Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Northwestern, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

MAST Academy and Northwestern will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Makos see the court they'll take on Dr. Krop at 4:00 p.m. on the 30th. As for Northwestern, their break will end when they face Miami Beach at 3:30 p.m. on April 1.
