The Chittenango Bears waltzed into Saturday's match with two straight wins but they left with three. They walked away with a 74-63 win over Ballston Spa. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Ryan Moesch continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 40 points along with 7 steals and 6 assists. That makes it four consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Chittenango's points. Jacob Bell was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Chittenango's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Ballston Spa, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1.
Chittenango will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Marcellus at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully Marcellus focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up nine on Friday. Ballston Spa's road trip will continue as they head out to face Averill Park at 6:00 p.m. on December 12th. Averill Park is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.
