Omaha North's Calvin Strong rumbled for the longest rushing play in A District 2 this season in his game against Benson last week. Strong scampered for 92 yards on the play and finished with 257 on the day as his team defeated the Bunnies.
alec ditoro and lucas hostetler provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Papillion-LaVista South. The connection was good for 80 yards, the longest such play in the league this season.
Papillion-LaVista's dynamic duo of ditoro and hostetler proved to be unstoppable against the Titans, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Ditoro threw for 402 yards and 4 touchdowns and hostetler had 198 yards receiving. reid matthias helped Papillion-LaVista's passing attack out by catching 7 balls for 101 yards.
