After a string of four wins, the Frostproof Bulldogs's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 79-69 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lakeland Christian. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.

Perhaps the best among them was Sevastian Rosado, who scored 35 points along with four steals. That was a full 50.7% of Frostproof's points, marking the seventh time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Turral Berry was another key contributor, scoring 20 points.

Frostproof won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Wesley Chapel at 4:30 p.m. on January 20th. Wesley Chapel knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past 19 contests -- so hopefully Frostproof likes a good challenge.
