In what's become a running theme this season, the Pikesville Panthers gave their fans yet another huge win on Wednesday. They really took it to Eastern Tech for the full four quarters, racking up a 72-17 win at home. The win was nothing new for Pikesville as they're now sitting on five straight.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Pikesville to victory, but perhaps none more so than Mariah Jones-Bey, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Bree Taylor, who scored 16 points along with three steals.
Pikesville pushed their record up to 10-2 with that victory, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 37.29 points. As for Eastern Tech, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8.
Pikesville will be playing at home against St. Mary's at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Eastern Tech, they will square off against Southern Maryland Christian Academy at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
