The Gadsden City Titans won against the Sardis Lions last Friday with 49 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. Gadsden City blew past Sardis 49-15 at home. That 34 points margin sets a new team best for Gadsden City this season.
Among those leading the charge was A'miyah Graves, who scored five points along with three steals.
Gadsden City's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-15. As for Sardis, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-9.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gadsden City will take on Guntersville at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Sardis, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Asbury at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday.
