Baseball Recap: Kimball Union Academy Takes a Loss

Kimball Union Academy fell victim to St. Paul and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They fell just short of the Big Red by a score of 1-0. The Wildcats have struggled against the Big Red recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Kimball Union Academy's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-2. As for St. Paul's, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Kimball Union Academy will face off against rival Holderness at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, St. Paul's is set to challenge their familiar foe New Hampton School at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
