E.D. White was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against A.J. Ellender on Thursday. E.D. White blew past A.J. Ellender 15-5. The result was nothing new for the Cardinals, who have now won eight games by seven runs or more so far this season.

E.D. White was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .423. They are a perfect 9-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
Meanwhile, St. James can bid farewell to their ten-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They walked away with a 13-8 win over Terrebonne.
Tierney Zenon made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out nine batters over six innings while giving up four earned runs off eight hits. Those hits were her first of the season. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-5 with three doubles, three RBI, and one run. Those three doubles gave her a new career-high.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 5-13.
E.D. White beat St. James 7-4 in their previous matchup back in March of 2024. Does E.D. White have another victory up their sleeve, or will St. James turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
