Evan Thomas turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three walks surrendered on Tuesday. He produced his best game of the campaign: he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out nine over 4.1 innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Whitehall is 3-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 1-8 otherwise.
