The Lassiter Trojans''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They took a serious blow against Sprayberry, falling 53-13. Lassiter was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 25-0.
Despite the loss, Lassiter still got an impressive performance from Levi Mundt, who rushed for 181 yards and two touchdowns. Mundt was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 51 yards.
Lassiter's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Sprayberry, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
