Fans got a thrill when Alex Jara and Jacob Hernandez connected against Immanuel. The connection went for 85 yards, the longest such play in East Sequoia this season.
Strathmore scaled the state rankings by moving to 801 from 854 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Spartans were able to make move up by beating Kennedy 36-0.
Lindsay's dynamic duo of Jara and Gaven Mann proved to be unstoppable against the Eagles, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Jara threw for 210 yards and 4 touchdowns and Mann had 104 yards receiving.

Lindsay's Jara and Mann have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Jara has thrown for 210 yards this season, while Mann has 2 catches for 104 yards. Jeromy Blackwell's team's Moreno leads the league in rushing yards with 184.
Granite Hills fell to Shafter 52-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Nick Norris was a bright spot for the Grizzlies, as he in the defeat.
