Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Stratford). Everything went their way against the Whites Creek Cobras on Thursday as they made off with a 10-1 win. The high-scoring effort was just what Stratford needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Stratford's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-1-1 and their overall record up to 3-6-1. As for Whites Creek, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Coming up, Stratford will be playing at home against RePublic at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Whites Creek, they will face off against Waverly Central at 6:00 p.m. on the 25th.
