Adding to the longest winning streak in Premier this week, South beat Geneva 34-14,. The win marks fourth in a row for the the Rebels.
The Eagles moved up to 322 from 397 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Geneva was able to move up by losing to South 34-14.
University School's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Preppers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. John Gannon has thrown for 688 yards and 2 touchdowns this season, while Grant Bumbu has 13 catches for 158 yards.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Madison takes on Chardon. The Blue Streaks are in second place, while the Hilltoppers are in sixth place.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Madison takes on Chardon. Tim Willis' team has allowed 43 points this season, while Mitch Hewitt's team has given up 83.
Riverside was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to third in Premier. The Beavers vanquished Lakeside 44-26 earlier in the week.
