Wilson Prep's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Paris Taylor, who scored 20 points along with three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Taylor has scored all season. Janiya Johnson was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on ten points and 19 rebounds.
Wilson Prep's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-12. As for Rocky Mount Prep, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Farmville Central presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Tigers in North Carolina (the Jaguars are ranked 215th, while the Tigers are ranked 564th). As for Rocky Mount Prep, they will be playing at home against the Jaguars at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
