After a string of four wins, Foresthill's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 54-45 to the Sacramento Waldorf Waves. The Wildfires were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Waves apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Foresthill will head out to challenge Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sacramento Waldorf, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Encina at 7:30 p.m.
