Concord can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Harding University. The victory was just what Concord needed coming off of a 9-0 defeat in their prior match.
South Rowan's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Concord, their win bumped their record up to 2-10.
South Rowan took their victory against Concord in their previous matchup back in March by a conclusive 8-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for South Rowan since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
