Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Concord). They blew past the South Rowan Raiders 38-16 on Friday. For the Spiders, this counts as revenge for the 17-0 win the Raiders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.
Concord found their leader in sophomore Jullian Shipp, who rushed for 92 yards and one TD on only six carries.
Although South Rowan took the loss, they still got scores from Jayden Arthur and Tashon Boulware.
Concord now has a winning record of 3-2. As for South Rowan, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 3-2.
