Stonington extended the longest winning streak in Eastern Connecticut - Small this week by beating St. Bernard-Norwich RVT, 47-0. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Bears.
Stonington took down the Saints 47-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Killingly's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Redmen feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Dezmond Kennawi has thrown for 314 yards and three touchdowns this season, while Travis Zurowski has six catches for 173 yards. Tyler Stucke leads the league in rushing with 558 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Griswold takes on A.J. Massengale's team. As it stands, the Wolverines are in third, while the Bears are in first.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Griswold takes on Stonington. Glen Labossiere's team has allowed 102 points this season, while the Bears have given up 95.
