The Berrien Rebels's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their 21st straight defeat. They had to suffer through a rough 95-37 loss at the hands of Dodge County. Berrien has not had much luck with Dodge County recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Dodge County was led to victory by Jaedon Mcclendon and Jerimiah Burns. Mcclendon scored 18 points, while Burns scored 18 points. It was the first time this season that Burns scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Kyler Johnson, who scored 13 points.
Berrien dropped their record down to 1-23 with that defeat, which was their 11th straight on the road. As for Dodge County, their win bumped their record up to 20-3.
Berrien didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 95-48 loss vs. Worth County on the 10th. Dodge County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
