Basketball Recap: The North Carolina Leadership Academy Skates Past Millennium Charter Academy with Ease

They breezed past the Millennium Charter Academy Lions to the tune of 47-16 on Wednesday. The win continues a trend for the Falcons in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won four in a row.

The North Carolina Leadership Academy had a senior duo take command as Brenna Lauten almost dropped a double-double with 19 points and nine boards and Briana Ramirez posted 15 points along with seven steals and six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Lauten has scored all season. Zoe Enscore was another key player, putting up four points and six boards.

The North Carolina Leadership Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 26 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
